Rob Blackstock is Senior Economist and Founder of American Economic Services. Dr. Blackstock has almost 10 years experience in consulting and teaching at the university level and is now working hard to make attorneys' lives easier. Teaching primarily The Economics of Money and Banking (with special emphasis on the time value of money) at Louisiana Tech University, Dr. Blackstock also teaches statistics and microeconomics to both undergraduates and graduate students among his many other duties. His doctoral fields include Industrial Organization (the economics of regulation and antitrust), Environmental Economics and Econometrics / Statistics.

William Anderson is a Senior Contributing Economist to American Economic Services and is an associate professor of economics at Frostburg State University in Frostburg, Maryland. Dr. Anderson has written hundreds of articles and papers in academic and popular press publications on subjects as diverse as the economics of energy and the recent Duke Lacrosse Case.
Beginning his career as a journalist, Bill Anderson also has worked as an economist for the City of Chattanooga's Office of Economic and Community Development. He is the former executive director of the Chattanooga Manufacturers Association, has spoken before business, civic, and political organizations, and has testified before legislative committees.
Dr. Anderson brings strong analytical and writing skills to American Economic Services and has a background not only in economic analysis, but also statistics and econometrics.

Otis Gilley is a contributing consultant to American Economic Services and is head of The Department of Economics and Finance at Louisiana Tech University.
